Any double penetration is like cooking a delicious dish. Getting ready takes a lot of time, the experience is crazy, after-taste and memories — beautiful. And just like gourmet cuisine is not to everyone's liking, this sophisticated experience is also for true gourmets only. Double vaginal penetration is a little easier to prepare, but it’s better to follow instructions.
Getting ready
There aren't a lot of tricks in double vaginal penetration (DVP for convenience), but they are critical.
First, anatomy. If you or your partner have a narrow pelvis, now matter how hard you try it might not work.
Second, if you decide to have a double penetration with two men, then they have to have their members simultaneously erected. It may sound easy at first glance, but in reality there are unfortunate cases. Otherwise, a few tips will help you.
- Warm-up. Before double penetration, a warm up with any kind of sex and an orgasm is recommended. It relaxes the muscles, fills the blood with endorphins. The vagina itself should be gradually stretched with fingers: start with one finger, then gradually add more. Or you can do it with a dildo.
- Arousal. Foreplay, stimulation of nipples and clitoris — use any kind of stimulation. Strong arousal makes the muscles more elastic and irons out slightly the unusual sensations.
It is always recommended to discuss practices before starting them. Do all partners want a DVP at the moment, are they in the mood, does the partner has any painful sensations?
Scenario
If you are not ready for group experiments (when two penises are involved), you can try the dildo/vibrator option.

The main rule of any DP is an abundance of lubricant. Lubricate generously inside and outside, especially the entrance to the vagina. Enter your penis gently first, then add a toy. Almost all positions are suitable for this variation, especially lying on the side (also known as spooning). This way you can control the toy with your hand without interfering with the partner’s penetration. When you get used to feeling filled, you can start moving. First ask your partner to move, then add the toy to the mix. You don’t have to be synchronous, you can vary the pace and rhythm. Don’t forget an abundance of lubricant: water-based lubricant is universal for such cases. The silicone-based one lubricates better, but in the case of silicone toys it is to be avoided (at the same time condoms can be worn on devices).
In the event of any painful sensation, stop the process and slowly extract first the device, then the penis.
